Why did Mark Lane harass Helen Markham during an illegally recorded telephone conversation to misidentify Lee Harvey Oswald who she witnessed as the shooter of Tippit?
07.06.2025 03:29

LOL Say what…? Why are you pretending to know what you’re talking about when you clearly don’t? Mark Lane didn’t harass lying ass Helen Markham, he simply tried to find out why she was lying. Mark Lane was obviously smarter than most because he saw through all the bullshit immediately, and did his homework. Helen Markham just wasn’t that smart or a good liar.
Go on and ask the lone nut experts how & where he used that ID. Whom did he show it to? Did he mail it with the same money order bought a whole month after it was deposited in Kleins bank account? Yeah. Nothing odd about that.
Furthermore, the recording wasn’t illegal. Do you know when one & two party recording laws were enacted? Is Texas a one or two party state? How would you even know if he informed her or whether she gave consent?
The crazy thing is how many people will simply believe and repeat unfounded claims, accusations, theories & opinions without a single lick of proof as if they were actual facts.
Read it yourself. Is this the same story as the final official 2nd floor lunchroom version?
Why would he, or anyone else do that…, because they crave attention? Or was someone making sure a man was seen with a gun in that building? Everyone saw a man (or men) with a gun, except the Secret Service, who were trained to look for that.
I don’t get how anyone with average common sense could read her testimony and come up with that type of nonsense.
Even before Oswald left the TSBD, officer Baker described running into that same person, as the man he originally encountered, not in the lunchroom or the 2nd floor, but on the 3rd or 4th floor, which was in his first affidavit before his story changed.
And where was that card when he was arrested in New Orleans, just a few months prior? It should have been on him then too. So how come those cops didn’t find it? Obviously because it wasn’t his. He never made that crap. It has the unmistakenable stench of pork all over it.

What type of Demon magic turns 1 print into 25?
And then, in his desperate attempt to escape, he ditches a jacket but not the murder weapon? LOL
Here’s what people can ascertain from Markham’s testimony. HER TESTIMONY. NOT MARK LANES.
Doesn’t make sense, yet lone nutters choose to ignore those types of important details.
For anyone that hasn’t read Helen Markham’s testimony, read it for yourself.
Anyone who thinks Oswald was guilty is not a serious researcher & ignorant of the real facts. That’s how the knowledgeable people can tell when someone is full of shit and pretends to know what they’re talking about. When all their beliefs are based on the common lies gullible people believe.
Did Trump show us once again that he is a master debater?
“Well, he was also seen by a bunch of witnesses in the window with a gun.”
You mean the ones that somehow landed in front of the weapon with no fingerprints? Is that what guns do, eject shells to the front? Name one gun that forward ejects. Don’t worry, I’ll wait.
Lane didn’t lie or care about Oswald. He simply saw through bullshit & tried to expose it. And if you’re ever falsely accused of murder or set up, you can only hope that someone cares enough to be out there fighting to expose the truth. Especially if the majority of people fall for silly ass lies.
Before that, they asked if she had ever spoken with anyone, including reporters. She flat out said, “No. I haven’t talked to nobody.“ [sic]
Then, you find that only 16 of the 70+ employees were figerprinted, almost a year later. What type of bullshit investigation was that?
“Yeah, but he was lying. Not the honest police. They even found his bullets on him.”

“Oh no, but they found his shells.”
IMO, it was the biggest waste of time & money in the history of investigative commissions. No real serious questions were asked, just a bunch of nonsensical meaningless bullshit. No different than the half ass phony investigation. The whole thing was a sick joke, which is truly sad.
We’re supposed to believe he made the only thing that tied him to a gun because he didn’t want it to be traced back to him? How much brain power should it take to see through that? Without the phony draft card, there was nothing to tie him to anything. Plus, opening a PO Box in his real name defeated that whole purpose. Who would be dumb enough to do that?

How could Mark Lane not notice so much of this silly crap? Or anyone else for that matter? We’re all friggen grown ups, we should all know better.
Then she says, “Yeah, but I never talked to that man before.”
Nobody saw Oswald with a giant paper bag or a rifle or a rifle sticking out of a paper bag. Never been confirmed or proven. In fact, the only people who did see him with something proved otherwise.

Uh, yes you did. Because they were playing your conversation with him.
He had even said that the cops planted that gun on him at the theater. When they arrested for killing a police officer while accusing him of killing the president. Makes perfect sense.
Oh, you mean the ones after they searched him three times, at 4:05, when they magically found 5 live rounds in his front pocket? LOL Do you really think the cops would search a suspected cop killer three times and miss 5 bullets right in his front pocket?
“And there’s no such thing as conspiracies anyway. They don’t exist.” Uh huh.
Just ask the feds if conspircies exist. They send people to jail for that shit all the time.
He questioned her about her own affidavit. HER AFFIDAVIT. Not his. He didn’t have anything to do with her affidavit. She did! LOL

Right, well there’s a real shocker. Despite the fact that Helen Markham admitted 6 times that Oswald wasn’t the killer she saw. Did Mark Lane have something to do with that too?
Nobody saw Oswald bring anything like that to work. There’s 0 proof it. But that doesn’t stop certain people from claiming he did, as if it were a real fact, which is beyond dumb.
The stock of a Carcano alone is nearly 35. That would leave a whopping 7 inches sticking out the top of a bag that was said to be rolled down from the top. How would that work?
Why is my crush beautiful to me but not to others?
They played her conversation with Mark Lane in front of everyone, and she still tried to lie about it. Did Mark Lane tell her to pretend she didn’t know who was talking? She actually said she didn’t know who the lady was, and had never heard her voice before. LOL
No, he wasn’t. Nobody saw him at all. You think he would spend time building a snipers nest to hide just so he could make himself visible in the window with a gun?
The cops were obviously the ones lying through their rotten teeth.
Whenever she was supposed to lie, she told the truth. Whenever she was supposed to tell the truth, she lied. Then at the end, after she was good & busted, she asked, “Will I be in trouble?” LOL
So how could Oswald have been the black pants killer with gray pants? Does anyone really need to be a genius with a PhD to figure that out?
They said the bag he had was much smaller with the top rolled down. The commission tried to make it appear larger, even as the witnesses said otherwise. They stretched the truth as much as they could to a supposed 28 inches max.

And who can argue with lone nut experts when they know everything there is to know because they read the faulty commission report? Nobody can tell them different or change their minds, which is their every right. More power to them!
The official lie they told was that Oswald made it to buy a gun so that it couldn’t be traced back to him, which makes no sense. How would he have used a clrealy fake draft card with a photo as ID? More importantly, why would he even need it when nobody needed ID to buy a gun?
Ah, so the man she never spoke with told her he was a police officer…. Well, aint that something?
Were any US Generals hurt or killed yesterday in Damascus, Syria, yesterday 5/9/24?
But the commission lawyers weren’t doing their job. In fact, it’s mind-boggling how many times they actually admitted to pre-coaching witnesses through out all the different testimonies. If that hadn’t a bullshit commission for show, people would have gone to jail for lying & other shenanigans.
She most certainly did not see Oswald. And she made that clear 6 fucking times. The fact the lawyer kept asking her, and even admitted to pre-coaching her, tells you that he expected her to lie. That’s why he had to flat out lead her into the bullshit with, “Was there a #2 man?” In a trial, that’s called leading a witness. What did Mark Lane have to do with that?
Then Monday came around, the day after Oswald was killed, and they took those same boxes to the crime lab, where suddenly 1 print became 25. As if nobody was smart enough to notice. Are you kidding? LOL
Sorry, but I refuse to pretend I’m not smart enough to see through all these silly ass things for anyone. Just as everyone should.
I swear, if it wasn’t for the thinkers in this world questioning this kind of nonsense, nobody would know anything except lies and everyone would be fooled by nonsense.
I love bacon as much as the next person, but that doesn’t mean I have to buy rotten pork. And this whole case stinks of nothing but rotten pork. You can’t blame people for the ability to smell it too, least of all Mark Lane. That’s the honest truth.
Below are examples of what real draft cards looked like, along with the actual fabricated Alek Hidell card. You can see the difference for yourself.
“Hey, everyone, up here, look at me….wahoo!”
5′ 9″ & 165 lbs… sounds kind of short & stalky. The same thing both Markham & Clemons said.
Read it yourself, in her own words, not Mark Lane’s. On the left was Capt. Fritz clearly lying.
Surely someone would have noticed that, yet nobody did. Where would he put something like that while he worked? How would he even assemble the rifle without tools? The claim that a Carcano can be assembled with a coin is pure nonsense.
Then for the next few minutes she talks about all the different people she spoke with, including reporters. It’s just batshit crazy.
People can say what they want, I wasn’t even alive when it happened. All this crazy nonsense has been around longer than I have. So I’m I supposed to apologize for the fact I can see these things when most of the lone nutters started studying the same case before I was even born, but still haven’t noticed them? How is that my fault?
The police radio description for both the president & Tippit suspects was white male, 30’s, 5′ 9″, 165 lbs, black hair, black pants, white jacket. Oswald. 24, 135 lbs, brown hair, brown shirt, gray pants.
Then her excuse was, “But he told me that he was a police officer.”
“I’ve never heard that lady’s voice before. I don’t know who it could be.”
Clearly Markham lied before Mark Lane was even in the picture, so how you figure he did anything wrong is beyond me. From it what it sounds like, you think he harrased her simply because he asked questions about her own lies. LOL What sort of logic is that?
Ah, yes, the gun with no fingerprints that he stuffed in his pants. The one he used to murder a cop with, then intentionally left the shells behind for police to find. Again, who would do something that dumb?
It seems pretty obvious from the lone nutters point of view that there was no conspiracy, unless it’s the one where Mark Lane conspired to make Oswald look innocent. Brilliant! Sounds totally legit.
And the lawyer basically said, “Really? It’s you.”
And people want to act like I’m the A-Hole for pointing these ridiculous things out. Whatever.
If not for the information, then at least the entertainment. Because it’s truly one of the most bizarre pieces of testimony ever given. It’s so odd that even the Warren Commission lawyer called her a kook and said nothing she says can be taken seriously. Basically called her a liar, and for good reason.
Going past those layers is how you’ll find the police planted & fabricated evidence. Then you’ll be able to see past all the silliness, like Oswald making a fake Alek Hidell ID, which wasn’t even an ID at all, but a military draft card, with a photo. The only one of its kind in the world, since draft cards never contained photos.
I mean seriously, they dusted 5 boxes in the snipers nest on Friday and only found 1 partial palm print, on 1 box. So they cut that print from the box and took it to the lab. They left all the boxes in the TSBD because they didn’t have any other prints on them.
In what world do those descriptions match? They’re not even close. The suspect was 10 years older, 30 lbs heavier with different hair & clothing colors. Yet somehow Oswald was the killer. smh
“They also found the giant paper bag he carried his rifle to work in.”
Oh, you mean sort of like the one below? LOL Amazing that nobody would notice a giant paper bag.
Nonsense like the different descriptions havn’t even occured to the lone nut experts. That’s how much they know.
It’s too stupid for words. Do you know how big five .38 rounds would be in someones pocket? Mm. Yeah, can’t imagine how cops could’t miss something like that. In a front pocket of all things, the one place that cops almost never think to search. LOL
“Well, I don’t care what you or anybody else says. I still believe the police solved the case in less than 2 hours with no leads or evidence, and that Helen Markham saw him kill officer Tippit.”
And if you pay attention to her testimony, you’ll catch those contradicting details. She said the killer had a jacket with black trousers and black hair. Oswald had brown hair and gray pants, something that she inadvertently confirmed in HER own testimony when describing him in the line-up, as wearing a light shirt with gray pants. Oops.
When someone orders a gun through the mail, even in 1963, there are certain documents that need to be filed. None of those documents exist. So how could he have picked up a rifle through the mail without them, and in somebody’s else’s name at that?
Mark Lane was a reporter, so he almost certainly told her he was recording, which very well could be the reason why she thought he was a cop. The fact that she mistook him for one wasn’t his fault. She clearly had him confused with Capt. Fritz, who she had also spoken with. And only because she thought he was a cop, she told him the truth.
“They even found his .38 revolver & bullets on him. That means he has to be guilty.”
Mark Lane didn’t force her to do or say anything. She did it on her own. All he did was ask her about the things that she herself said, which helped expose her lies. Do you really think he made all that up?
“No, the police said Oswald did it. And the police never lie.” LOL Okay.
Or maybe Mark Lane put him up to that too?
To them everybody is wrong for being right or having common sense. And if these weren’t grown ass men I probably wouldn’t find it so funny. But they are, so I fucking do. If that makes me the A-Hole, so be it.
The official stories were just an outer shell of lies meant to sway the public into believing bullshit. The people who believe that nonsense clearly haven’t made it past that shell. Those who peel past those layers go deeper and learn about the lies and different changing stories. They don’t just read and believe the faulty Warren Commission report. Some don’t even read that at all.
Not the same. How do you explain that? Should cops have multiple changing stories for a single event? Shouldn’t that raise suspicion with anyone? Maybe Mark Lane forced him to write that too?
Amazingly, they told her no. No? For perjury? She should have been.
Below is a copy of the actual money order, and if your eye sight is good enough, you can actually see traces of the original info that was erased and replaced with Oswald’s. You can damn near smell the odor of pork just looking at it.
That’s like the cops searching for a white suspect with long hair and arresting a bald black guy. “Yeah, he’s not an exact match, but let’s not worry about it, it’s close enough.”
The police were lying, and probably made her lie. That’s likely why she had a nervous breakdown at the police station and they rushed her to choose. Her son had been in trouble with the law at that time as well, so I can only imagine they threatened her, like they did Marina, with deportation.
The description in her affidavit, which the original was destroyed or hidden, and the one she gave Mark Lane & testified to, just happened to match the same description Aquila Clemens gave. Markham admitted giving that description. She gave the police that description, not Mark Lane, which didn’t even match Oswald, and that’s why he asked her about it.
